Next brownie on list is a brownie with Gems. Yes the idea was from seeing M&M being used for making brownies. Since we do not get them, I decided to use Cabury's Gems. I was planning on getting batch and then told the kids that I would be using it in a brownie.
As luck would have it, my cousin who was visiting us, got chocolates boxes, which also had gems in it. Even after alerting the kids, boys gems disappeared and only Konda saved her packet for me. So it finally saw the daylight. Though all my brownies have been made with a cup of flour, the measurements and little changes done, have made all the brownies taste different.
Make sure you add gems in between two layers. After being baked, the gems do taste awesome on the whole with the brownie.
