Eggless Rich Dark Christmas Fruit Cake

A Merry Christmas to all my readers!

Christmas without a fruit cake is not possible, especially in my case, it has to be eggless. It's been a tradition that I have been following for some years now. Bake an eggless Fruit Cake, with the goodness of dry fruits and all that makes a christmas.

This time for a change I added cocoa to make a chocolate moist, rich christmas fruit cake. I adapted this from Lathamma's version. She had made it in MW, I will be trying that out as well soon. For now it's a regular cake baked eggless.

Sending this to my Kid's Delight event, hosted this month by Sandhya, themed on Holiday special dishes.

Check out my previous versions of the Fruit Cakes that I have baked.
