Chicken Sandwich | Delicious makeover with Leftover Chicken

We are back to simple and quick dinners and this Chicken Sandwich is something you can make in flat 10 mins, if you have leftover chicken curry. I happened to have the curry and while I thought I should have clicked the chicken curry pictures, I ended up clicking it as a sandwich and that too such a hurried picture. This was a minute away from being eaten!

Ever since I realized that kids like to have their eggs as Omelette or as bread omelette, I have been trying to include this for their dinner. The bread omelette makes a great dinner idea for the kids, if they like it. When I was eating non veg, my favorite was bread omelette. So while making it for my kids, I surely remember those days!

So it was a bread omeletter dinner and I waned to make sure I use the chicken as well. I was also hoping to introduce chicken sandwich to the kids. Boy did they like it! They wanted to more, so next time I will have to make just that for the sandwiches, looks like.

As it was late and knowing it might not be anytime near that I might get a chance to click a picture, I took one hurriedly. However the taste was supposed to be out of the world, and the picture may not justify the taste. I suggest you try it yourself!
