If you talk about a different gravy, then it should be this one. Amma recently saw this gravy in a telugu tv show and has been telling me about making it. We always look out for ways to cook Brinjal in different ways. Brinjal is Daddy's favorite vegetable and Amma is always trying to see how else she can use this vegetables differently.
So when she saw this on the show, she wanted to make. We all loved it and we ended up making it again. Next day I could it for my colleagues as well and they also loved it. Very simple to make and yet the taste is so delicious when you serve with rotis. I guess this also goes well for a rice.
